Road Side Assistance
To our Motor Car Policyholders,
As an added value to your standard motor car insurance cover, we extend to you our Road Assistance Program, at no extra cost on your part, effective inception of your policy/ies. This program which is offered nationwide except in Tawi-Tawi, Basilan and other conflicting areas in Mindanao, includes the following forms of assistance:
- Towing - We will arrange to transport your vehicle to the nearest accredited repair facility.The maximum amount payable is P 4,000.00 per event up to 3 events per year.
- Minor on-site repairs - These include jumpstarting, battery boosting, tire changing,delivery of gasoline (cost of gasoline is excluded) and car lock-out.
- Rescue of the vehicle - In case of an accident and the registered vehicle is totally wrecked orfell in a deep trench or ravine, we will rescue your vehicle with the use of arcane and transportit to the nearest repair facility. The maximum amount payable is P 8,000.00 per event up to 3 events per year.
